| 40's theme party | Have a 40's theme party (or 50's or 60's or 70's). Dress up in clothes of that decade. Prepare authentic refreshments and games. As an ice breaker, tape names of famous people from the decade on the backs of each person. As you meet each person, you give the individual a clue to help them figure out the name on their back. You could also check out a video for that decade.

Thats a cute idea but not really for kids. Most kids dont appreciate that kind of culture when movie stars had talent and people dressed to be classsy not trashy
